Double offset hinge

I am desperately looking for [4] four double offset hinges. Length 1-3/4 " long, large side is 5/8th wide and narrow side is 3/8th " wide. Both sides have only [2] holes for screws. The original hinge has a trademark "N" on it and "Patent Appl". Do you know who made these hinges and where can I find a reproduction? They were installed to be concealed. Thanks so much ...Rick
