I would like to install an I-beam in my garage, supported at both ends on a
2x12" plank, on top of double-wall brick. The purpose is to lift and move
car parts being used in a restoration project. Maximum weight would be about 600
lbs at the center of the beam, the span is 19 feet. What size I-beam do I need?
