Also, there is another type of waterproofing technique that uses a Crystalline slurry coat which deeply penetrates pores and cracks to impede negative or positive water pressure. This can be applied to the inside of the basement walls. Rather, they are primarily there to hold on the sheetrock. Consider also what kind of insulation may be required.
