garage basement

My house design has a tunnel from the basement to the garage w/ a 6-ft wide stairwell leading up into the garage. I'm planning to install a swimming pool under the garage. My garage dimensions are 28'x 32' w/ four corners at 45 degrees. I am wondering if there are any reinforced concrete slabs that can be placed for a ceiling to the pool area and flooring for parking my vehicles on? Are they expensive? Are they hard to install? I have a crane if needed.

 Thanks zkevinrun
