You are correct that most window tinting materials are for UV/sun block and come in various shades of gray, silver, bronze or black.

However, some automotive supply specialty stores carry colored tinting film. You might try checking some of those local to you. In the meantime, we found at least one source at http://www.solarfilmco.com where you can order samples and rolls online, including green, yellow, red and blue. Colored tint film is pricey, so expect to pay a small fortune for a few feet of the stuff. Also, you might check with 3M to see if their ScotchTint® film is available in exciting colors. If we or our readers find other sources, we'll post them here.
