Hello, About a year ago I refinished our 12x12 dining room white oak 40 year old hardwood floor. I replaced some boards, sanded and applied about 4 coats of the polycrylic water base polyurethane. It looked great. However sometime during the summer I noticed the polyurethane oozing up between cracks. Causing hard ridges to appear that could only be removed, carefully with a razor. I'm about to start my 12x24 living room floor, any suggestions on how to avoid this problem?

Thank you very much for your attention.
