Off-Gasing of Foam Insulation

I am building a house for a person with breathing problems in Western North Carolina. I want it to be tight enough to keep out pollen and mold spores. The concept of a thin, sprayed on ridgid foam insulation appeals to me but I am worried about how much off gasing and for how long I will experience with it. The specific product I am looking at is called Comfort Foam. Their product literature does not give any information and the person I talked to at the NAHB booth did not give a satisfactory answer. Does anybody know about this product or does anybody know of a source where I could get some reliable information?
