dry rot sillsFrom: eph532@aol.com CommentsI have a 30 year old home with rotted sillsand floor joists. It is built over a crawlspace with pour conc. walls. The crawl space was not ventilated and a lot of moisture built up. Where can i get detailed instructions on how to replace the sills, and joists. I am hopping I can leave the joists and just sister them with new ones and nail them together.
