It might help if you could mail some detailed photographs of your condition. The drainage system I described won't bring the structure itself up to code, it only might help to alleviate some of the moisture conditions. How deep is your crawlspace? Specifically, what's the distance between the bottom of the joists/girders and the ground underneath the house? And is the outside ground more or less at the same level as the inside floor?
