I want to add an addition of 8" block

I want to add a large bedroom, bath and a 2-car garage to my house using 8" blocks as the outer shell. The existing house is wood frame with wood siding. The entire exterior house will then be done in vinyl siding. The interior of the new part will be in sheetrock and plywood. How do I tie in the block wall to the existing wooden structure? Please advise.

Thank You,

Larry Wagner
