I am not aware of a software program specific to porch design, however, I've used Autosketch on numerous occasions to design everything from fences to complete remodeling plans. Autosketch is a great tool for under $100. It's more of a drafting tool, but well worth it if you're comfortable with computer aided design techniques. It's very easy to use and learn. If you're into a more heavy-duty package, consider AutoCad LT.
