How to remove large bolts that are set in concrete

We have a home that used to have a large antenna secured to the ground through 3 large bolts placed in concrete. The bolts are about 1/2" in diameter and stick up about 6 inches from the concrete.

What are my options in trying to remove these without buying a special type of saw. I have a skil saw, sawzall, and misc hand tools. I also have a family member who has a large assortment of tools who may let me borrow something that you recommend but I don't have.

Thanks.
