Rotted floor joistsFrom: lcarns@bellsouth.net Category: Structural Email: lcarns@bellsouth.net Remote Name: 74.184.68.139 Date: 24 Jun 2007 Time: 05:31 PM
CommentsThe floor joists and plates under a large room (18' X 24') added to the back of the house have rotted until the floor is sagging, leaving a gap under the walls. Can the walls be jacked up and supported to enable replacement of the plates and joists?
