house levelingFrom: dbilski296@sbcglobal.net Category: Structural Email: dbilski296@sbcglobal.net Remote Name: 69.221.150.176 Date: 10 Jun 2007 Time: 07:49 AM
CommentsBought a single framed house that apparently is not level. Previous owner had a company come in and they installed the floor jacks. Which is fine, however; I don't know what you use to turn them, in order to help level them. I've read you only turn them a quarter of an inch per day which is fine also. Do you do this to all of them "at the same time" or can you do one at a time and as I said, what kind of tool do you use. Not trying to sound "cheap", but can't afford to call in a professional and want to put this house up for sale asap. Thanks
