Hello, I built a large shed (16' x 20') and used a poured concrete pier foundation that consists of 9 piers. I drilled the holes 5 feet deep and used the round concrete tube forms...but some conrete spilled over (I had some issues with the concrete guy). The problem is that 2 or 3 of these piers rose approximately 1-2 inches over the winter. How do I... a) get them to settle back down, or b) keep them from heaving any further. Any help would be appreciated. Location: mid-michigan Frost line: ~42-48 inches Soil type: clay with fairly high water level (I hit water while drilling the pier holes) Piers: 12" diameter, 4-5 feet deep, poured concrete
